Love this salon! I’ve been coming here since their doors opened and just walked out today with another amazing cut and color! Great vibe, everyone is always so sweet and their prices are affordable. Thank you for being my relaxation and happy place every 4 weeks. You ladies ROCK! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’ve been going to Jess since I was 12 years old and I was so excited for Panache to open! I’ve never had a negative experience here and I can’t imagine going anywhere else! I have curly hair that can be hard to work with and anyone who has ever touched my hair at Panache has done an amazing job!!! I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
I’ve been coming to this salon since the day they opened. From the waiting area, to the shampoo area, to the stylist chair, every corner of this salon is beautifully decorated in a way to bring peace and tranquility to the environment. When you enter, you are welcomed with a warm greeting and offered a beverage. I have never in my life LOVED my hair more than when I come to Panache. I’ve always regretted going anywhere else because the cut and/or color is never the same. I’ve been to many salons in Lancaster and this is hands down the best!
I have been going to the salon for about 6 years with Davina. Find the vibe inside to be fun, comfortable and oh so pretty. Never talked into a needless services that do or apply to you. Always greeted with a smile and asked if I would like something to drink, water, sparkling water, etc. Each of the stylists are professional and kind, I highly recommend you give them a chance and support a local business in East Petersburg that also gives to East Petersburg Day Events annually.
I have been coming to this salon for years, but lately there has been a shift. It seems the business is more about drama and being mean girls than growing their business. When you walk in no one really greets you and other stylists aren't friendly. Only my stylist would come and greet me with a big smile and professionalism. I guess the others can only be fake nice to their own clients. Even when I went to get my hair dye rinsed off at the bowls a bunch of girls would run to the back and you could hear them talking poorly about other stylists working right outside. This salon needs to learn to treat all clients like clients of the salon and not just of the individual stylists. It was very clear that some were welcome and some were not. This is no way to run a business if you want to retain and gain clients. It really makes you question the management of this salon. Customers should never be able to tell any drama or animosity in a business and it was very clear. Not to mention the salon has room for growth but has lots of unused space and doesn't do anything to advertise or utilize the unused space. Really seems like management is more interested in letting their friends and all their drama run their business. After being a customer for 4 years, the past year has been uncomfortable for me and I will not be back.
